Privacy & Cookies Policy
Digital Fruits takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have under Indian law.
1.Who we are
We are Digital Fruits®, a digital marketing agency and a Google Premier Partner. Our registered office is at:
F-05, Digital Fruits, B-127, B Block, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Digital Fruits acts as the Data Fiduciary that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data. When we process personal data on behalf of our clients (for example, while running their marketing campaigns), we act as a Data Processor on their instructions.
2.Scope & key terms
This policy covers personal data we collect through our website digitalfruits.in, our enquiry and lead forms, our communication channels (email, phone, WhatsApp), and during the delivery of our services.
- Personal data — any information that identifies you, such as your name, email, phone number or business details.
- Data Principal — you, the individual whose personal data is processed.
- Data Fiduciary — Digital Fruits, which decides how and why your data is processed.
3.Information we collect
a. Information you give us
When you fill in a form, request a quote, download a resource, book a consultation or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, location and the details of your enquiry.
b. Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically receive your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and browsing behaviour, through cookies and analytics tools. This helps us understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
c. Information from third parties
If you interact with our advertisements or pages on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn or YouTube, we may receive limited information from those platforms, subject to their own privacy policies.
d. Client & campaign data
When you engage us as a client, we collect the business and account information needed to deliver our services, such as access to your Google Business Profile, advertising accounts, website and social media handles.
4.How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide the services or resources you request;
- send you proposals, quotations and account communications;
- deliver, manage and report on marketing services and campaigns;
- send newsletters and marketing material where you have consented (you can opt out anytime);
- improve our website, services and customer experience;

We never sell your personal data. We do not share it for unrelated third-party marketing.
5.Legal basis & consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and, where applicable, for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, 2023 — such as fulfilling a service you have requested or meeting a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, your consent is informed, specific and freely given, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us (see Section 15) or using the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.

7.How we share data
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary. These may include:
- analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn);
- email, CRM and communication tools (e.g. email marketing and WhatsApp Business providers);
- hosting, IT and security service providers.
These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate data-protection safeguards. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
8.International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable law.
9.Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain our client relationship, or to meet legal and accounting obligations. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 11).
10.Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as access controls, secure systems and limited staff access — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we work to safeguard your information at all times.
